We correct mistakes openly. When we get something wrong — a roster, a result, a format, a figure — we fix it and note what changed.

How to report an error

Email the details to the address on our contact page, with a link to the article and, where possible, a source. Substantive corrections are noted at the foot of the affected article with the date of the change.

Our standard

A correction is not an embarrassment to be hidden. For a publication whose entire value is accuracy, visible corrections are part of being trustworthy.
